quick note

Holidays are over and things have settled back into a routine.
Austin turned one on Thursday. He is 22lbs and has been walking for about 2 weeks.

We celebrated both his and Uncle Wylie's b-day. Both Aaron's family and mine were able to make it up for the occasion. Brooke saved me and helped prepare meat trays and even helped get my kids dressed. It is so nice to have family right down the road. Thanks Brooke!
Lincoln and Sari figured all the gift were for them. They still do. I'm not sure if Austin had even got to play with anything yet.On Sunday it was made official that I am Mia maid teacher I have been "substituting for 6 months). Aaron is in the nursery so I usually go there and help out. Lincoln began primary. He seems to enjoy it although I never see him participating. He just likes to watch everyone else. Sari is in Aaron's class now. She is the oldest one and is a pro at the treat bucket.
Volleyball open gym began a month ago and I get to go twice a week. My awesome hubby doesn't even seem to mind that I leave him with three kids. I do try to make dinner and have the kids in their pj's before I go. It's just so nice being able to go.
This morning we went with Aaron to feed cows. It was a bit of a hassle getting the kids up and dressed so early but I really enjoyed getting out and doing some of the things I used to. Next time I'll bundle the kids up a bit better. Sari got cold really fast.
We are supposed to begin calving around the last week of January so we are going to take advantage this last weekend and go out for our anniversary. Yay! 7 years!

7 years? How in the world did you put up with Aaron for 7 years! It's crazy to think how different our lives have become since the last time we served in YW together. I for one like it better from here.
