When does Spring get sprung?

Spring is not exactly my favorite season. It is the time of year that I get all excited to do yard work and play outside with the kids. I get a warm nice day and work outside and wear myself out and can hardly sleep at night because I am busy landscaping my yard in my head. Then the next morning I jump out of bed and race for my closet to get my work pants and my gloves only to glance out the window and stop dead in my tracks. "Hey! where is the sun?" Oh yeah up in the darkened sky which I can only catch a glimps of through the whipping tree branches as they dance in the wind.
A lifeless "Oh joy..." (a term I got from my roomie Mandy Black) escapes from my mouth. I guess I could go back to bed and wish for summer.
So while the weather was gloomy outside I got the house cleaned and a few other projects done.
My family room closet is neatly organised, the kids bedroom closet is spic and span and removed of all clutter. Now the clutter is in the form of black garbage bags labeled "DI" or "garbage". I thought that after I labeled it and told it where to go it would just walk out the door and place it's self in the appropriate container or the car and drive on down to the DI drop off. I guess I was mistaken since it is still (3 days later) resting against the back of the couch. It now has a new purpose in life in which it it much more useful than it was as "clutter" in the closet. Now it is a new bean bag, wrestling mat, or a ladder to get over the back of the couch with , or even a nice place for a nap .(Wish I had a camera for that one.) Every time I try to drag it out the door a screaming banshee attacks my leg and forces me to stop. I try again when I am sure that the little devil has fallen asleep only to find that his sister has taken up the responsibility of watching over their prize new toy. Oh well, what's another day? Tomorrow is suppose to be cloudy and gray too.
The following photos are of the little banshees before they turned in to the little devils they are during the day. Don't let them fool you. They are very good at looking sweet and innocent but just when you turn your back they get you!!

YAY!!! Pictures!!! I love the new ones! I'll have to get some of them from you to update my frame...the 9 picture one that Mom is displaying in her living room while I'm gone. I also loved reading about your little banshees. Mom told me about them literally fighting over "nothing". It made me laugh! Love you!
