big big big

Wow, time is flying by so fast. I got on to look at everyones blogs an noticed that mine is the same as it was a month ago. So, for all the thousands of people that might look at my blog..... oh well okay that might be overdoing it. the hundreds of people. ah yes that's much better.
So Austin is now 9 1/2 lbs and still in newborn clothes and diapers. He is 5 weeks old and starting to smile a little.

As I juggle work and 3 kids things tend to get a little interesting. Like yesterday when I was on the phone with Kim and working on my schedule for the next day and holding Austin, Lincoln was screaming over the fact that I wouldn't give him any more Lucky charms since he only eats the marshmallows. Sari thought she would help him out and get down the new box and pour it all over the table and floor and then load up the little tractor trailer with them and deliver it to him herself. I should have taken a picture of the mess and Sari's proud little face at how well she was "sharing " and "being nice" to her brother. After all, that is what she hears all day. "Sari, BE NICE" and "YOU GUYS NEED TO SHARE!!!" any way. Thank you for sharing little girl. Glad you listened.
Sari has also found what a joy makeup can be. She always watches me get ready and wants "mate up" on. So I swish her face with my brushes and tell her how pretty she is. She looks in the mirror and grins and then continues to watch the mascara routine and then toddles off. Well Aaron and I were just heading out the door to my staff party when Sari came out of the bathroom with her "mate up" on. Boy, She did a good job huh.

Since Sari got to play in the make up Aaron decided that Lincoln needed to as well. Here are the results. He wanted kitty whiskers but daddy thought a Go-T was better. After looking gin the mirror Lincoln thought it was okay but we still had to put kitty whiskers on the next day. It would have been easier to take off if it hadn't have been with water proof mascara.

Did you take that picture on your header? That is beautiful!

I need to get out to your place and see Austin soon. He is so cute.

Brynlee and I were having a discussion on why we have to wear our seatbelts/carseats. I told her that if we ever got in a car accident I didn't want her to get hurt and to fly out of the car away from her mama. She responded, "Maybe I could fly to Lincon's house!" Made me smile.
